Virginia Shaggers Hall of Fame "Fall Gathering", October 26th!
Reservations are maxxed out at 105 attendees! What a great problem to have! If you are interested in attending let me know (see flyer). I will try to fill any vacated reservations with your request! Let me know if you have a reservation and find you can't attend.
Where: Williamsburg Moose Lodge 757, 5429 Richmond Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188
When: 2PM to 6PM, Food service 3PM to 5PM, heavy hors d’oeuvres provided, gluten-free and non-meat items available
Parking: Parking is available in front of the Moose building, around back of the Moose building, on the grass behind the Moose building (weather permitting), and in the Carolina Furniture Store parking lot on the left as you approach the Moose. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE LEFT OF THE BUILDING AS THAT IS ALLOCATED FOR MOOSE CHAPTER MEMBERS.
Access to the event area is through the door on the right after entering the main door.
Event Fee: $20.00 per person at the door. Cash or check only, No credit/debit cards accepted. (Check preferred--make out to VSHOF). No Shows are responsible for admission fee as food has been ordered.
Beverages: Tea and water will be available in the event area at no charge.
All beverages (beer/wine/mixed drinks/soda) obtained at the Moose bar will be charged to a single VSHOF tab. Beer and wine choices at the Moose bar will be limited to Moose inventory. Several liquor choices (vodka/bourbon/etc.) will be available at the Moose bar. A tip jar will be available at the Moose bar--please tip generously. A donation bucket (Halloween themed bucket) will be available in the event area for attendees to reimburse the VSHOF tab. Donation recommendations are prices as posted by the Moose for beer and wine and $1.50 for mixed drinks. Please bring cash for tips and donations. Several wine choices (box wine) will be available in the event area at no charge.
